• Learning to love yourself is the first step in the journey to feeling like you belong. Our community is so loving and welcoming, we just tend to forget to give ourselves that little bit of love too.
Relaxation Tips:
• Listen to Frequency Music! You can find some on YouTube or Spotify that are hours long and you can just turn on and relax. My favorites include 741HZ Frequency and the 528HZ Frequency
• Dim the lights and light your favorite candle
• Take a shower, wash your towels and change your sheets. Feeling clean and refreshed is the best way to allow yourself to relax
• Avoid mindlessly scrolling through your apps without a goal in mind. Instead, turn on your favorite show or listen to your favorite music   Less

It’s important for LGBTQ people to take care of our mental health so that we can be centered and ready to continue fighting for our community’s rights.
Many LGBTQ folks experience negative outcomes as a result of discrimination within our healthcare and mental health systems.
