The scale is specially designed to test your Body Water, Bone Mass, Metabolic Age, Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle Mass, Protein, BMR, Fat-free Body Weight. It works with the "BodyScan Pro" App and can be used as a helpful tool to control your weight.
Important Safety Instructions
1. All data is used only for reference and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed health care professional.
2. Any persons who may be pregnant, suffer from osteoporosis, have a pacemaker, artificial joints, portable ECG or other metal devices implanted in their body are advised against using this scale. If doing so, please use for weight measurement exclusively and wear shoes in order to bypass the electric current when stepping on the scale for measurement.
3. If the scale fails to operate, check the battery power and charge if necessary.
4. Always check the scale before using. Do not use the scale if damaged in any way to avoid any injury or inaccurate results.
5. Please keep the scale dry. Always be careful when using the scale on wet or slippery surface.
6. The device is fragile: please handle with care.
7. This scale is a high-precision measuring device. Do not strike, hit or disassemble it.
8. Always use the scale on a flat, solid and even surface to ensure it is stable when weighing.
9. Do not put heavy objects on the scale when not in use.
10. Do not use the scale near equipment with strong electromag netic fields to prevent interference or any danger.
11. This scale is for household use only and not for medical or commercial purposes.

Using the Product
Please charge the scale for about 1.5 hours before first use
Insert the handle cable into the port of the scale.
a. Place the scale on a flat, solid and even surface (avoid carpeting).
b. Hold the handle with your thumbs on the oval electrodes and other fingers on the strip electrodes.
c. Make sure your feet are dry. Place and separate your both bare feet on the scale’s electrodes.
d. Stand upright on the scale, put up your arms slightly. Keep still until the digits show on display screen and will flash twice to indicate your final measurement.
DO NOT bend your arms inward, too high or low or wear heavy clothes while measuring.
• It is recommended to use the scale at the same time each day to ensure accuracy.
• Please maintain standing at the center of the scale and do not stand on the edges to avoid falling off the scale.
• If there is a big deviation in measuring the weight, you can try using a thin needle to insert into the reset hole to reset the scale.
APP Instructions
Search and download “BodyScan Pro” app from Apple Store or Google Play.
Note: The "BodyScan Pro" app may appear slightly different due to continuing updates.
Tap “Sign in” to register an account following the in-app instructions and then log in to your account.
a. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone (Android System also requires Location access).
b. Tap “Pair the device” on the homepage. Then tap “Smart Scale”.
c. Step on and off the scale to activate the device. Then tap “Connect” the CS10D to finish the pairing. The Bluetooth icon will light up on the scale once connection is successful.
Step on the scale and hold the handle to start measuring. Keep still for 10-15 seconds until the digits show on the screen and will flash twice to confirm the measurement. Then the results will displayed on the app which will generate an in-depth report.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Place the device in a cool, dry place when not in use. Do not place in high temperature or extremely humid areas.
2. The device is not waterproof; never immerse the device in water.
3. Use a soft damp cloth to wipe clean the scale and handle. Do not use chemicals or harsh cleaning solutions.
