Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) let you use pre-tax income for healthcare expenses.

How do I purchase directly with an
HSA or FSA card?

You can make a purchase on RENPHO using your HSA or FSA card, just like any standard credit card. During the checkout process, choose HSA/FSA Cards as your payment method. After selecting “Continue with Flex,” you will be directed to a third-party service for HSA/FSA payments, where a review order window will appear:
  • A subtotal for items eligible for purchase with your HSA or FSA card
  • A subtotal for items not eligible for HSA or FSA payment, which will require a different credit or debit card for purchase
  • After you input your HSA or FSA card along with another credit or debit card, click on “Complete Purchase.” Once your transaction is finalized, Flex will send you a confirmation email to the address specified in your original order.

    Can I pay with an FSA/HSA card and a
    credit/debit card?

    Depending on your card issuer, you may have the option to complete your purchase by partially paying with your HSA or FSA card.
If your issuer supports partial authorization, the subtotal for HSA/FSA-eligible items will automatically be adjusted to match the remaining balance available on your HSA or FSA card. You can then use a different credit or debit card to cover any remaining costs and finish your purchase.

    Where can I find my receipt to submit?

    You will receive an electronic receipt in your order confirmation email, which can be used for reimbursement through your insurance provider.
Reach out to your HSA or FSA provider to confirm that your purchase complies with their requirements, since plan providers and employers may establish their own eligibility rules. In certain situations, your HSA or FSA provider may need additional documentation for reimbursement.
