Disappointed

I was so excited to purchase this foot massager but it did not live up to my expectations. It is an extremely gentle massage even when you turn the intensity setting to high. I wanted something that was really going to dig into my sore feet at the end of my work day. I could get a better massage by running my foot over a tennis ball. This was not a cheap purchase and I feel like I wasted my money.

Great for 2 years

I enjoyed the foot massager for two years. One evening, our power went out. When it came back on, the foot massager started running even though the power was off. I reached out to the company where they confirmed I had a “faulty device” but were unable to replace it since it was outside of the warranty. I kept this device under my desk and in great shape. I'm therefore very disappointed that it would just stop working after two years. I would go with a different brand if you were looking to buy a foot massager.

I got this product on September 8th. it stopped working on October 6th. Definitely worst purchase of the year. Doesn't even turn on. Used maybe 15 times. Paid 125$ for this. Rip off.
