1. SPONSOR
The #RENPHOsummer Content Challenge Giveaway (referred to as “Giveaway” from this point forward) is sponsored by Joicom Corporation d/b/a RENPHO (“RENPHO”, “Sponsor”, “we”, “us”, “our”). RENPHO’s address is located in 14129 The Merge Street, Building 3 Unit A, Eastvale, CA 92880.
RENPHO and this Giveaway are not sponsored by or in partnership with the social media platforms Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, nor their respective parent companies Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC, and Google Inc.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The #RENPHOsummer Content Challenge Giveaway (referred to as “Giveaway” from this point forward) is sponsored by Joicom Corporation d/b/a RENPHO (“RENPHO”, “Sponsor”, “we”, “us”, “our”). RENPHO’s address is located in 14129 The Merge Street, Building 3 Unit A, Eastvale, CA 92880.
Participants of the Giveaway must be legal residents who currently reside in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, or Sweden.
Employees of RENPHO and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By participating in this campaign, the participant acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials.
3. THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on July 1st, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on August 31st, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the stated Giveaway Period are not eligible for participation.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow these steps:
1. Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or RENPHO Health App (“Eligible Social Media Platforms”);
2. Make a post with the hashtags #RENPHOsummer and #ad included in the captions;
3. Post on any one of the Eligible Social Media Platforms during the Giveaway Period
No limits on number of entries. Multiple unique entries by the same participant during the Giveaway Period will be accepted.
Repeated entries featuring the same content and caption will be voided.
5. EPRIZES
The Giveaway’s grand prize: Three (3) participants will each receive an iPhone 17 Pro (valued at 1,099 USD).
The Giveaway’s second prize: 12 participants will each receive a 50 USD VISA gift card (valued at 600 USD in total).
The Giveaway’s third prize: 99 participants will each receive one (1) RENPHO product selected by The Sponsor (product potentially valued at 219.99 USD maximum).
Each participant also receives at most one (1) discount code worth 50 USD during the Giveaway Period, multiple entries by the same participant notwithstanding.
6. EWINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing conducted by RENPHO after submissions close at 11:59 PM PST on August 31st, 2026.
The odds of winning for each participant depend on the total number of eligible entries they submitted during the Giveaway Period.
The winners will be announced on the Eligible Social Media Platforms on September 1st, 2026 (“Winners’ Announcement”).
We will also notify the winners directly after the Winners’ Announcement, either by direct message or by email.
All winners must respond to our notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. In the event we do not receive a response within this 7-day time period, the winner’s prize may be forfeited and we may select an alternate winner.
7. TAXES
By receiving the prize, the winner acknowledges that all federal, state, and/or local taxes that may come with the receipt or use of their prize is the winner’s sole responsibility.
The winner also understands that they may be required to provide a Social Security Number or other taxpayer identification information for tax reporting purposes.
8. ELPUBLICITY & DATA PRIVACY
By entering in the Giveaway, participants agree to let RENPHO process their personal data to run the promotion, administer entry/winner selection, contact potential winners, and award prizes.
RENPHO will only share participants’ data with service providers who help us administer the promotion (as processors) and as required by law.
Data of the participants and winner will be kept for 3 months after the promotion ends (plus any period required for claims/administration).
Participants who are legal residents in the EU or UK have GDPR/UK GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, and the right to withdraw consent where applicable.
Any information collected by RENPHO will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://renpho.com/policies/privacy-policy.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold RENPHO and our subsidiaries, affiliates, respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives harmless from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from the participation in this Giveaway, or from the awarding, receipt, or misuse of any prizes.
10. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal actions or claims arising out of or related to the Giveaway must be brought in a court located in Eastvale, California.
11. MISCELLANEOUS DISCLAIMERS
RENPHO reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including (but not limited to) fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond our control. We also reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates this Giveaway’s Terms & Conditions.
RENPHO does not support or endorse content that is harmful, offensive, inappropriate, promotes discriminatory or unsafe behavior, and disclaims all responsibility for such content.
