heating pad over heated on my body and did not auto shut off. Melted clothes on my body and bed before I could knock off body. I was asleep

It’s great when it heats but shuts off after a few minutes and you have to restart it. Very annoying. I have notified Renpho with no response from them.
Heat pad heats up well! Isn’t burning to touch at all. Very comfortable!

Heats up okay, but not great., then cools off after 15-20 minutes even though it shows it’s still on..
Not thrilled an out the 2 hour time limit, but that’s on me, not them. (Hit it as a gift. I would not have purchased due to that) when working, it’s ok though.
I’d say to heed the reviews and buy at your own risk. Maybe move on to another one.???
It cools down so fast after having it on for 20 mins…. Even when i lay it flat to prevent bending.
