Noise and clicking 👎

I was pretty excited to get this gadget. I like the pressure settings and the heat does fine. I don't think I have an inclination to feel any sort of way about the music or Bluetooth (I don't use that). That all being said, the device is large. I have a relatively small head at 21.5 inches, so this thing seems a bit monstrous. The second thing I want to mention is the pneumatic function. Although it provides a great pressure for the massage, the mechanism that clicks and let's air out is very prominent and located over the left eye. It is horrendously distracting and physically uncomfortable. It's like someone tapping random on your eyeball. Maybe it's just the unit I received, but that is definitely problematic. It does not occur in the right side, only the left. Not only is it uncomfortable but the noise it makes when it clicks is also very loud. The whole function of that part is more annoying than the device is helpful. Other than that, the whole unit is somewhat loud. I don't think the noise is a deal-breaker, just don't expect to use it in a quiet environment without creating a disruption.

Great but not for my face shape. 😢

This is an amazing product and I only wish the bridge of my nose didn't keep the massager from getting to my eyes. I find that it's not effectively getting pressure on eyelids and this is the main reason I purchased it. It would be great if bridge area could accommodate my face shape & fit against my eyes without pressuring sides of my eye sockets. If you have a flatter face I think this would be a fantastic item for you or if you have a petite nose/bridge. The heat is great and vibration function I could do without but it was mainly the sound it made I didn't care for. I wish I didn't have to return it bc of my face shape.
