Many people with cellulite may feel ashamed or embarrassed about their appearance, leading to a decrease in self-esteem and confidence. The media and society's hyper-focus on achieving flawless, smooth skin can exacerbate these feelings, creating additional pressure to conform to unrealistic beauty standards.
