Good Massage Dodgy Power Connector

I am pleased with the massage given. However, the wire connecting it to the electrical source does not fit well in the port and is too loose. The circuit keeps cutting out unless one pushes and holds it manually or with tape or something. Got it to complete a 1/2 hour massage doing this for the first year or so, but now can't get it to maintain operation for any time at all without stopping. Would like to be able to purchase a replacement power cord to see if that solves the problem.

Stopped working in first 6 months

I've owned a bunch of foot massagers and this is the best by far.

However, it stopped working within 6 months. If the power is plugged in it just continues on low and there's no way to change the settings.
