This has helped me greatly, I am a fitness instructor just turning 60 this year and I have trouble with my feet and knees, when I use this I feel I have two new feet after. Only one thing the compression can be very tight sometimes and it actually hurts but other than that it's a good buy.

Having swollen feet after a long day at work, this device is excellent for relieving fatigue and foot pain. It has nothing to do with classic devices that only massage the soles of the fete. The compression effect on the feet greatly relieves pain.
