Sharp edges, ear pain, bad battery life

I really wanted to like this mask. I sleep with an eye mask nightly and loved that this one had heat and a Bluetooth headset. But the mask has very sharp plastic edges on the inside that stick into my skin while wearing. I sleep on my side and the little ear pieces inside the fabric press on my ears and really hurt after less than an hour. After an hour however, the battery depletes and I convince myself to give it up, take it off, put on the old one (without heat), and fall back asleep listening to whatever I want for the rest of the night. Not worth the money.

Can get hot

I think my only issue is that it can get to hot to wear when the heating function is off still and over hears me at night. It's got about an hour lifespan with the heating function on at high too
