That was when I decided to do a digital detox.

I decided to do a one-week digital detox, where I would only use my phone for essential calls and messages. I would also avoid watching TV, playing video games, and browsing the internet. - Improved relationships: Without the barriers and filters of my devices, I was able to connect more authentically and deeply with my family and friends. I had more meaningful conversations and shared more experiences with them.
- Increased mindfulness: Without the escape and entertainment of my devices, I was able to pay more attention to myself and my surroundings. I noticed more details and sensations that I usually ignored or took for granted. I felt more grateful and appreciative of what I had.
