A. As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following: By submitting this form I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:
1. I am 18 years of age or older.
2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
3. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks.
4. I will not sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
5. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
6. I will promote RENPHO products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
7. I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tags in each post that relates to my Smart Healthy lifestyle. I understand that I have permission to repost any existing posts by RENPHO
8. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any and all promotional codes effective immediately.
9. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
10. I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms.
B. Fresh Trends LLC. (Company) understands and agrees:
1. RENPHO owns the rights to use any Ambassador Program images for campaigns even should the Brand Ambassador leave the program. This includes any photo, video or text content including RENPHO product(s) / brand name / logo(s).
2. Company will occasionally provide free products to the Brand Ambassador to promote on social networks.
3. Company may also give the Brand Ambassador a 10% Off exclusive Affiliate earnings link to earn commission via any purchases from RENPHO.com
4. Company will provide the Brand Ambassador with their gift cards within 5 business days of image/video usage. Company will not cancel any order submission or add reward points if an order was submitted without a Brand Ambassador promotion code.
5. The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
6. The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy these terms and conditions.
C. General:
1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
3. RENPHO of REEFAN INTL. LTD. may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
4. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
5. Your address and personal information will be safely stored in our database. We do not share or sell this information with anyone. You may unsubscribe to our email lists at any time by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' or 'resignation' link.
