Applicable Users

We advise people who use this treadmill are under 35 ages and less than 286 lbs
1. Please consult your doctor if you have one of the following conditions:
a. Cardiopathy, hypertension, sugar diabetes, respiratory disease, smoking, and other chronic diseases or complication diseases.
b. If you are over 35 years old and over 286lbs in weight.
c. Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
2. Please stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor when you feel dizziness, nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath or other symptoms.
3. Please stay hydrated and drink adequate water before, during and after the workout.

Important Electrical Information

The machine's working voltage is 110V and must use a grounding plug, for your and others' safety and prolong the lifespan of the machine, please use an appropriate power source and plug.


APP Instructions

1. Download the Renpho Health app from App Store or Google Store.
2. Register or log in directly with an existing RENPHO App account.
3. Turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth and click the device to finish the connection like below:
a. Turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth (Android System smartphones need to turn on Bluetooth and GPS).
b. Turn on the treadmill.
c. Click the device to connect.

Bluetooth Connection

Activate the treadmill and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, and there are 2 built-in Bluetooth in the treadmill:
You can search it for "SYMK" and connect to play your own music on the treadmill.
Open the "RENPHO Health" app and connect to R-Q004 via Bluetooth to access smart features and workouts.

Heart Rate & Calories Measurement

To measure your heart rate, hold the hand pulse sensors with both of your hands for 10 seconds. Stand still during measurement to ensure an accurate reading, and the console will show the user's pulse value after about 5 seconds.
The calories burning is calculated according to your Height and Weight in the profile, please fill in your exact data.
Note: This data is intended for reference only, not for medical guidance.

Troubleshooting

  • Unable to Start the Treadmill
    Power cord not plugged in: Plug cord into outlet; 
    Safety Key not inserted: Insert Safety Key

  • Centering the Running Belt
    Running belt tension not correct on the left or right sides of the running board: The most suitable tightness for the belt is 50-75mm pulled out from the Running Board.
    Place the treadmill on the flat ground and set it at the speed of 6-8km/h (4-5mph) to check if the Running Belt drifts.
    Please kindly refer to the detailed instruction (in the user manual like below) or contact our customer service if you don't know how to correct the tension of the running belt.


  • Console not Working:
    Wires from the console and bottom control board not properly connected: check wire connections from the console to the control board.
    The transformer is damaged: If the transformer is damaged, please contact customer service.

Error Codes

  • E01 or E13: Message failure
    Wires from the console and bottom control board not properly connected: Check wire connections from the console to the control board.
    If the wire has been punctured or damaged, you will need to replace it. If the problem is not rectified, you may need to replace the control board.

  • E02: Burst clash protection
    Incoming voltage is lower than 50% of the required voltage:
    1. Check that the incoming power supply is the correct voltage.
    2. Check the control board, replace it if damaged.
    3. Check the motor, replace if damaged.

  • E05: Current overload pro_x0002_tection (Self Protecting System)
    The incoming voltage is too low or too high. The control board is damaged: Restart the treadmill.Check the incoming volt_x0002_age to ensure it is correct.
    A moving part of the tread_x0002_mill is stuck and therefore the motor is unable to rotate properly:
    1. Inspect moving parts of the treadmill to ensure that they are operating correctly.
    2. Check the motor, listen for strange noise, and check for a burning smell. Replace the motor if necessary.
    3. Check the control board, replace it if damaged.
    4. Lubricate the treadmill.

  • E06: Motor Abnormality
    The motor wire is not con_x0002_nected or the motor is damaged: Check motor wires to see if the motor is connected. If the wire has been punctured or damaged, you will need to replace it. If the problem is not rectified, you may need to replace the motor.
    The motor is damaged or a moving part of the treadmill is stuck and therefore the motor is unable to rotate properly:
    1. The torque is too big, please adjust the torque by loosening the running belt.
    2. Inspect moving parts of the treadmill to ensure that they are operating correctly.
    3. Replace the motor if necessary.
    4. Lubricate the treadmill.

  • E08: Control Board Abnor_x0002_mality
    The control board is not connected: Check the upper and middle wires to see if the control board is connected.
    If the wire has been punc_x0002_tured or damaged, you will need to replace it. If the problem is not rectified, you may need to replace the control board.

The foldable treadmill with rollers is convenient to be folded up and moved by just one person, please check the following steps.

Maintenance & Care

You will need to lubricate your treadmill before the first use.
Lubricating the running board and running belt is essential as the friction betwee the two affect the function and lifespan of the treadmill, therefore it is recommend_x0002_ed that the running board and belt should be inspected regularly.
The treadmill should be put in a cool, dry place to prolong its lifespan, please don't put it in any other high humidity environment.

Lubricating the Treadmill

How to Lubricate:
1. Lift the belt up on one side and apply lubricant to the running deck.
2. Use a rag to thoroughly wipe the lubricant over the running deck. Repeat this process for the other side.
3. Start the treadmill and let it run at the lowest speed for several minutes to allow the lubricant to spread evenly over the running deck.
NOTICE: You will need to lubricate your treadmill before the first use, please lubricate the running board and belt regularly to prolong its lifespan.
WARNING: Always unplug the treadmill from the electrical outlet before cleaning, lubricating, or repairing the unit.
