Working perfectly , but the remote wasn’t in use for long time and kept a side, now it look like it’s not connected
I got this as a gift a few years ago. My eye doctor recommended heat therapy for chronic dry eyes in addition to my medication. It makes my eyes feel so good. Helps the oil glands to stay active. Be warned, it’s noisy. The only real complaint I have is, the buttons are very sensitive to touch and hard to find once the device is on your head. You have to tap the buttons repeatedly to toggle through choices, so you can set it up the way you want. I don’t like vibration so I use heat and air pressure only. Then air pressure is either soft , strong or no pressure. The buttons are very sensitive to touch so it’s easy to touch too long or to tap it accidentally then you are stuck toggling through choices. Or you touch the wrong button and are once again stuck toggling through choices until you get it set up the way you want. The music is hard to turn off . I tap it at least 6 times before it finally switches to Bluetooth and is quiet. My device never seems to remember my chosen settings , I have to reset it with each use. But honestly once a minute of tapping buttons to get it set up the heat and air pressure are great for my eyes!
Without a doubt the best gift ever. I have chronic migraines and ocular headaches. This device is AMAZING !!
Using The Eyeris 1 feels great on my face since it has drooped due to Bells Palsy. Relaxes me and gives me hope of a quicker recovery to facial nerves causing facial irregularities. Not saying it's a medical device but, Doctors did say to massage and exercise affected areas to regain activity. Thank You
