came quickly, well packaged, no damage, easy to use, intuitive, plug and play. I didn't need the instructions. There's heat that you cant turn off. It's low if you want it to be, but worth noting. The intensity can be quite rough on full power, I only use medium. I love the timer, and it helps my flat feet and tight tendons get some relief in just 15 minutes. It's not too noisy either. I recommend this product.

I like this massager. It's great to have around for a quick foot massage. Like anything else, you'll have to play with the settings to get your comfort level.I got this massager for my feet because i needed a way to get relief on my feet. I was in an accident where i got nerve damage on my feet and legs. I get fatigued and this massager is gentle enough to help my feet and calves. I enjoy the hear feature also though i don't use it as much. I keep it under our coffee table where it's easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this.
I bought this for my son. He's on his feet all day at work. I looked at so many and just decided on this one. Good decision! He loves it!! It massages from the sides and the bottom and is adjustable. It also has heat. Works great!
