The neck massager we received had been opened. It probably was a prior return that they just shipped right back out to us. Put it together to use anyway. The heating function does not work. Reached out to customer service who told me to double check that the red light was on. Offered no recourse to return or send me a new massager that wasn’t broken. Do not buy.

Horrible Customer Service

I'm a registered nurse and purchased this item because I get bad migraines. This head scalp massager has been making my migraines worse instead of helping. I contacted customer service 3 days later for a refund and instead of giving it to me, they told me to give it to a friend or family member... Very unprofessional. I emailed them a few more times and even called and now they are not answering. Horrible experience. Never buying from here again.
