I wish I would have read reviews more carefully before purchasing. It is too wide to provide any pressure on the temples. The width of the device is not adjustable only the head strap. The return process is not great either, I pay to ship it back plus a restocking fee. Customer service recommended I regift it to a friend, here is an eye massager mask that does a massage you can’t feel, hope you like it! Not an option! If you’re going to buy it, I suggest doing so on Amazon so you can have a better return process.
The machine is too large for my face, preventing me from receiving pressure in the temple area.
Wish sides and nose piece could be adjusted. Doesnt fit well on the nose and its a little wide so temple pressure doesnt get strong enough but still a great product and enjoy the mist
I was quick to judgement, the customer service is great and they fixed my issue. The product just didn't suit me, my head is small. Just having a bad day. I have the eyeris 3 - it fits my head and i love it, use it most days. Just a case of choosing the right product for you, if you have a small head get the eyris 3 - i use it get to sleep.
I don't know if my head is to small or the massager is just really weak. I have the eyeris 3 and know what it is meant to do, but this is useless. I used it 5 minutes and cant return it - they will only offer half back. Even though it is advertised as adjustable to get a good fit on the temples, it isn't. It's not fit for purpose or as described. Lost my money. Would not even give to a friend. It does not do anything to relax you temples. Should get zero stars.
