    Golf shoulder

    I have been looking for something to help after 18 holes of golf as my “lead shoulder” (right handed so my left shoulder) gets tight after my round. I use the cold and hot settings 3 times for about 5 minutes and then use air adaptor to lightly message the muscles. It loosens my muscles up and takes less time to recover.
