II’ve been using the RENPHO Elis 1 Smart Scale since January of 2023 and it’s been one of the most useful and affordable health tools I’ve bought. Setup was quick, the Bluetooth connection to the app worked right away, and it syncs consistently every time I step on the scale.
What I like most is that it gives more than just body weight. The body fat, muscle, and water estimates help me track trends over time and stay motivated. The app makes it easy to see progress charts and weekly averages, which is way more helpful than just a single number each day.
The scale itself feels sturdy and accurate, and the readings are consistent when used under the same conditions. It also supports multiple users, which is great for households. The display is clear and easy to read, and the overall design looks clean and modern.
For the price, this scale delivers a lot of value. If you want a simple, reliable smart scale that helps you track progress and stay accountable without spending a lot, this is a great choice. I’d definitely buy it again.
The scale was very easy to set up and pair with the app. I love that it tracks 13 total body markers. I like that you can see your trends over time. You can pair it with multiple devices so others can use the scale and save their personal results. It's a awesome motivator at a great price.
