Living Life with Vibrant Content 

Costanzo maintains a vibrant and active lifestyle, attributing her well-being to Pilates and a healthy lifestyle. She has been doing Pilates 3 times a week for 21 years, accompanied by maintaining her routine of clean eating, while treating herself on the weekends to other foods if desired. “Consistency and dedication are key,” she advised, encouraging her audience to embrace life vigorously at any age and to establish sustainable health habits rather than chasing fads.  

Costanzo, also a fervent animal lover, has incorporated her pets into her TikTok content, sharing experiences with grooming, training, and caring for her standard poodles. The journey with her standard poodles is a narrative steeped in dedication and affection. From a tender age of just 10 years old, she began grooming and showcasing her poodles, a pursuit that has blossomed into a lifelong passion. “I started grooming and showing my standard poodles at 10 years old,” Costanzo recalls. Her enjoyment of training dogs and caring for them is evident in every aspect of her life, a sentiment she shares openly, “I enjoy training dogs and taking care of them.”

Her philosophy is simple yet profound: “In my opinion, there is an unconditional love from an animal that you can’t get from anything else.” This belief is the cornerstone of her content, which resonates deeply with her audience. Andrea’s expertise extends beyond mere companionship; she is also adept at sharing practical advice on dog products through her partnership with TikTok shop. “I have been able to easily incorporate them into my content because since I have been with TikTok shop, I am able to share dog products and how to properly use them,” she explains.
